Motimate and other courses

Consolvo's course portal is an app called Motimate. In Motimate you will find mandatory courses that everyone in the company must have. Download Motimate on your phone in the App store/Play Store and use your Consolvo email and your chosen password to log in (see previous page). It is important that you complete all mandatory courses on your phone before entering the project you will be working on. Most courses are available in English, Croatian, Polish and Lithuanian.

In addition to Motimate, there are other mandatory courses, either as online courses, webinars or courses that require physical attendance. Which courses you have to complete will depend on the project you are working on. You will of course not need to take the courses you already have, so it is therefore important that you give us copies of all relevant skills at the start of your employment.

Register the hours you spend on courses under project "8003 Course and conference". Remember to note which courses it applies.
